Spikemore: NEW TOY!

July 22, 2011

The  is a special variant of the Claymore featured in the Zombies map "Shangri-La". It costs 1,000 points and works exactly like the Claymore. It functions the same way as the Claymore, but it has Punji Stakes attached with fireworks when tripped. The foot stakes seem to deflect off walls for a bit after being fired. Spikemores are not as useful as their counterpart, the Claymore, since Spikemores lose their one-hit kill ability at Round 25 and the normal variant at Round 27

The Spikemore also...

Rare Weapon 5

July 22, 2011

Winter's Howl is a Wonder Weapon introduced in Call of Duty: Black Ops. It is found in "Five" and the Call of Duty: Black Opsversion of Verruckt. It fires a blizzard that causes ice-based effects on the zombies. After a predetermined amount of hits (it takes more on later rounds, and it takes less with the Pack-A-Punched version), a zombie begins to create frost in the water vapor in the air and slows down, additionally doing damage. If the zombie is hit again while slowed, it is stopped in i...

"Nuketown"

July 19, 2011

Nuketown is the smallest map in Call of Duty: Black Ops, being slightly smaller than the Call of Duty: World at Warmap "Dome". The map is based on a typical US suburb used to demonstrate the effects of a nuclear weapon on a residential area; mannequins as well as accessible buildings and vehicles are shown across the map. There is a special alley for the RC-XD to travel without the danger of being shot, but if you do not make the ramp, it will blow up, wasting your killstreak. The only way to...

Call Of Duty For The DS

July 7, 2011

Today it sees that the video game consoles that are most popular are the consoles: PS3 and Xbox 360. Today I’m going to talk about something different for a change. I’m gonna talk about Black Ops for the Nintendo DS. Unlike the other consoles, the DS version is only rated T for Teen. It is, there is no blood except for blood that comes out of melee attacks about 95% of the time. DS has zombie mode for the game but no map-packs. The four zombie maps are called: House, Facility, Temple ...

Quarantine Map pack

July 3, 2011
Quarantine? Could this be the new zombie map? I found an online tour of a new DLC and I saw what seemed to be an American base stationed in Vietnam. I have reason to believe that this is the new zombie map because every where I see the word "Quarantine,"and a lot of biohazard symbols. Not only that but what do you see most in zombie maps besides zombies? BLOOD! There were blood stains all over the map! More clues that lead to the new DLC map pack.

MP40

July 2, 2011
The MP40 is one of the most common weapons in the game, and by default has abundant ammunition. It does high damage, though this tapers off in United Offensive, along with high magazine capacity and very little recoil and an adequate rate of fire, except that unlike other machine-guns, the MP40 doesn't have a semi-automatic firing mode. This makes for a very versatile weapon in singleplayer, as it only takes two body shots to bring down an enemy, although in UO, it takes upwards of 5 rounds. ...

The V-R11 The V-R11

is a Wonder Weapon that appears in Call of Duty: Black Ops. It debuted in the Zombies map, Call of the Dead, and is currently exclusive to it.

The V-R11 is a very unique weapon. When a zombie is hit by one of the V-R11's beams, it will turn into a normal human. The human will be chased around by zombies, and he will scream while he is alive. He will run away from the zombies, heading towards the closest body of water and attempting to use the shortest route possible, freezi...
